Besides that, self-discipline is when you make some effort physically and mental to do something that you don’t want to do at the moment. Discipline doesn’t really take into account what you think or feel. The beauty of discipline is that what we do is completely under our control, an action is completely under our control and second, its actions accomplish, further or reinforce a goal, not just our thoughts and feelings.
